Senior Housing Development & Supply

KAGAAI is actively developing long-term solutions to address the growing need for affordable senior housing in Greater Atlanta.

Our senior housing initiatives focus on:

  • Development of affordable senior apartment communities

  • Supportive housing models integrated with social services

  • Partnerships with housing authorities and government programs

  • Safe, accessible, and community-oriented living environments

These efforts are designed to ensure seniors can age with dignity, stability, and access to essential services.
