Program Policies and Procedures

These guidelines outline eligibility, enrollment, and participation expectations for KAGAA programs. They are designed to ensure fair access, transparency, and consistent service delivery across all community programs.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Seniors aged 60 and older

  • ESL learners

  • Low-to-moderate income residents (based on HUD Income Guidelines)

Additional requirements:

  • Completion of intake form

  • Income verification

Enrollment Process

  1. Submit Intake Form

  2. Provide ID and proof of address

  3. Submit income verification

  4. Create participant record

  5. Begin program participation

Program Services

Senior Outreach

Participants may receive:

  • Basic wellness and health checks

  • Safety education and awareness

  • Emotional counseling

ESL (English as a Second Language) Program

Participants can expect:

  • Placement into appropriate levels based on an initial assessment

  • 1–2 classes per week

  • Ongoing progress tracking to support learning goals
